Universal Weather and Aviation, Inc. (Universal®) was founded in 1959. In January 2007, the Aircraft Dispatcher Course was launched. After all students in the pilot program successfully graduated from the course, Universal received official approval from the Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) to offer the Aircraft Dispatcher Course. The Universal Aircraft Dispatcher Course provides you with specialized domestic and international aviation knowledge.
Instructor Information
As a licensed Aircraft Dispatcher, Instructor Mark Christensen has more than 20 years of experience in aircraft operations and aviation training. His experience includes coordinating aircraft operational support as an aviation weather forecaster, a senior aviation meteorologist and managing the training for the meteorology and flight planning departments at Universal. He previously served as a Senior Meteorologist and on-the-job meteorology training supervisor in the U.S. Air Force.
